Tell us about yourself, we want to get to know you, this is about you![100 word minimum]: Well, it all started when I was born. I lived in Arizona most of my life and then moved up to Delaware and learned all about pc and what lies beyond it. I plan on joining the military soon once I turn 18 but for now, I just go with the flow. I have two brothers, two dogs, and a pussy. I used to play sports in the past like Football, Soccer, and Baseball. Now that I live in Delaware I only hunt, fish, and golf. I am in 10th grade and like Females. I am intelligent at calculating or solving different types of world problems but I hate reading. I like interacting with people IRL and in game. I can keep people entertain or even distracted when talking about a relevant subject. I play Gmod to have fun and interact with other players.
What are your skills?: Friendly, helpful, Fast Learner, Multitasker
What are your flaws?: Can get annoyed really fast.
Why should we chose you over any other player?: I think I should be chosen over other players because I can multitask very well when it comes to handling or organizing situations. I am also capable of understanding or learning different types of subjects or requirements. Another major capability I have is being mature and professional when mandatory. I also think I should be chosen over the other players because some players may not have the experience of being a staff on different servers like me. With my past experiences, I have also overcome the difficulty of handling minges and unintelligent people on dark rp servers.
Have you ever been staff before?: Yes
If so, please list communities, ranks, durations, and reasons for leaving: Cube Roleplay, Astro Roleplay: Moderator, 2-3 Months, The servers ended up shutting down.
Please explain to us how you would handle a sit for RDM: I would listen to both the accused and the accuser's stories to find out if it was intentional or not. If it was intentional and was his first offense, give him a verbal warning, If it was his second then give him a warning. If he continues it and does not consider worrying about the rp of others, then the warnings will eventually turn into a timely ban. If it was not intentional then inform him of the rule of /event crossfire. If it was not crossfire, then explain to him/her the rules of RDM, how it applies on the server, give him/her a verbal warning, and tell them the next time they do it they will be receiving a warn.
How long have you been apart of this community? (!playtime in game, convert to hours): 71hrs
How much time could you dedicate each day to our server?: School Night: 3-5hrs Weekend:5-8hrs
What would be your goals as staff, if we chose you to be staff on |-NCBA-|?: My goal as staff would be to make sure the community continues to grow, try to remove any negative influences from the community and to make sure people have a good time on the server.
How well are you able to work with other players and staff members?: I am friendly and can easily get along with other people I meet. If there is a task assigned to the staff I can easily communicate with other associates to complete the given task. I can also easily get along with other players by being positive and showing respect if given a certain job.
How would you deal with co-workers you don't like?: I will just try to avoid them and not try to start problems. As of right now, if I were to get accepted I would not have any problems with the current staff team.
