Tell us about yourself! We want to get to know you; this is about you!: Hi my name is Jarrett but I go by Jay, Jax and Topkek I live in Dallas Georgia with my mom my dad my sister and my two dogs. I'm currently running a bootleg graphics design "business" with the help of a couple friends. I play video games MOST of my time that I have I take all honors roll classes and have a passion for helping people. I currently have all A's and B's and try my best to keep up with work at all times. I work out every Saturday and sunday and I couldn't recommend it more its so refreshing but I personally like to keep and healthy and fit lifestyle. I used to play sports like soccer, football, baseball and basketball whilst I moved out of sports I still love psychical activity. Currently my plan for life in the future is to go into law enforcement or cyber security.

What are your skills?: I'm very friendly calm tempered and have a profound amount of tech knowledge.

What are your flaws?: I like to think I don't have any but realistically i have issues with sleep basically the just one more minute excuse

What is something you can improve on?: my IRL social problems

Why should we chose you to become a staff member?:Hiring me will provide past experience, more activity, more enthusiasm and a more trained and tame staff member. Another reason as to why you would hiring me over others is because I am always on day and night, maybe not for good reason but I am anyway. I also have a very calm mood but can still lay down the law if needed. I will put my time into improving and perfecting quality in my sits. I always try to make lite heart of situations which will come in handy to keep sits fun but still make them a lesson and mature environment.

Please explain to us how you would handle a sit for RDM [100-word minimum]: I would first bring the accuser to a admin area then ask what happend hear out their side of the story then check the logs and collaborate the accusers story to the logs if everything checks out i would bring the suspect to the sit and get his/her side of the story and if the accuser was rdmed then I would !playtime the suspect if he/she had below 3 hours i would verbally warn them and link them the rules if they had above 3 hours i would punish them appropriately then return them both to their original positions and carry out the next case .

How long have you been playing on our server? (type !playtime in game, convert to hours): 111.23 hours/6674 minutes around a week before wipe

How often do you think you can be on the server?: anytime during the day/night i'm ahead in my school work about two months and have nothing special planned

If you were to be accepted, what goals would you have as a staff member?: to make the server and GMOD as a whole a more quality and less toxic game

How well are you able to communicate and work with others?: Amazingly online in real life not great

If you have a co-worker you don't like, what approach would you take to resolve the situation?: Avoid arguments and if harassment starts go to a higher up

How would you deal with an abusing staff member?: I would start building up evidence screen shots videos etc. then once i have enough go to a higher up and on the forums and report them

• From my personal experiences as well as what I heard from others experiences with you, you have been seen to be quite a toxic and immature person.
• Your statement: "I managed to beat most of the mods in amount of sits in a week as a T-Mod then most of the mods had in their run of staff work" only shows that you seem to place yourself on a higher pedestal than the other staff and also seems to insinuate a competitive like attitude.

• Perhaps since I had no exposure to you when you were a Trial moderator I cannot say for certain if this has changed but I am sticking with my gut. Nothing personal, it is just that I have found and heard you were "Extremely" toxic under you "Eggs Dee" alias. Also, I would like for you to take notice that the amount of sits is irrelevant to the "Quality" of the sits. It isn't about competition or how many sits you can do. It is about how effective and how you articulate your skills. Conclusively, I wish you good luck with your application.

@Slav Master Thank You! whilst I don't agree with toxicity reports or even close to extremely I do agree that I never mention quality however I don't think that I will edit my post ATM personally I believe that my sits were quality and that I handled them to my best ability once again however I will adjust how it makes me seem like I'm all high and mighty reading it a third time it does seem that way regardless thank you for the feed back!

@Nexo thank you for the feed back I am usually on during the nights if you ever need to catch me. about the rules and toxicity those couldn't be farther from the truth I don't see myself as toxic and from what I have heard I'm not I have no idea how I come off as toxic to these people every time I'm on I'm always laid back never say anything rude or offensive my actions might be a source most of the time when I fail a raid I come back after the cooldown sometimes I counter all the time or I play terror classes to much that could be what is considered me as "toxic" I don't think of that as toxic just try hard lol. If you could follow up on the toxicity I would much appreciate it! hmu on discord or pm me on the forums. Side note I know that this post seems like I'm on the offensive I just want to know what made me seem toxic so I can improve on that.

Np. I haven’t really seen any toxicity from you, myself, but I’ve heard it from others, I’m probably just going crazy about that part. So my apologies for assuming anything bad about you. About being on at night, that more than likely explains why I don’t see you on as often, since I’m on more during the afternoons and early evenings. Therefore, this is probably better for a staff that is on during the late nights, to review this app to see if it’s good or not, since they’ve more than likely seen you on during the nights than anyone else has.

Why are you deciding to rejoin the Staff Team?: I see that many trial mods are not doing the things that they are suppose to be and not doing it the way that they are suppose to be this leads to false ,warns ,kicks, bans etc. I am not just joining back for learning nor teaching I also would like to join back because the community is home to me I loved my job as a staff member, I didn't care if I had to sit in admin mode the entire day it was worth it just to talk to people get to know new friends get to teach new people and learn things I never knew whether its about staffing or just in general.

What resulted in you leaving the Staff Team?: family issues with my mom and dad and taking every honors class I could then overwhelming my self(basically high school for yah).

What will make you experience this time more enjoyable?: I've already had and will have a enjoyable time.

How will rehiring you benefit the staff team and the community? (50 words minimum, 100 word recommended, 150 maximum.):Hiring me will provide past experience, more activity, more enthusiasm and a more trained and tame staff member. In my last run of staff work I managed to have the most amount of sits in a week as a T-Mod then most of the mods did at the time(I had a screen shot but I reset my pc I don't remember the command but my sits are probably still there). Another thing I wanted to add were these things.
My playtime is 40 hours about 2 of which are afk its not much but I had about 130 hours before wipe.
(what do I want to see happen): I want to make GMOD less toxic and I strive to dampen toxicity
what my standards are: to have a fun yet mature quality staff experience

I agree with nexo that the part where you almost made staffing a competition was unneeded and immature, and I thank you for removing it. Most applications hardly edit their apps now and days. Besides that, it is a pretty decent app. I would like to see you more in game and discord before I can give my full opinion.​
