Tell us about yourself! We want to get to know you; this is about you!: Well to start off my real name is Chase Manguno but you all know me as Lemonn. I'm a sophomore in High School with semi decent grades. My interests consists of computer hardware, videogames(obviously), football, and riding bikes/skateboards with my friends around town. Since I live in a university town called Denton, there are many things to do including some skate parks. I just turned 16 last year in December, and i'm somewhat of an introvert.
What are your skills?: The two skills I think will benefit me the most for being a staff member is that I have a lot of patience when it comes to taking sits and figuring out the whole story before coming to a decision. This can help when minges try to push your buttons to try to get a reaction out of you. Another skill I have is that since I have been staff on two other servers, I am familiar with most of the important ulx commands.
What are your flaws?: One of my flaws is that I have a semi old PC so on some occasions my garrysmod will crash without warning, which may lead to me leaving a sit unresolved. Update: I've been playing a lot recently and haven't crashed at all think we are good on that.
What is something you can improve on?: Sometimes things going on in my real life can sway my attitude for the rest of my day, which could lead to me losing my patience on players that show disrespect when i'm just trying to help.
Why should we chose you to become a staff member?: I have 1,280 hours on gmod over the span of 4 years, and 85% of those hours have been on DarkRP so i'm pretty familiar with the rules of the gamemode as well as NCBA's rules. I've also been staff on other servers, so not only do I have many hours in the gamemode, I also have experience with being staff.

How long have you been playing on our server? (type !playtime in game, convert to hours): 52 hours
How often do you think you can be on the server?: Pretty much everyday after 4:30 pm on weekdays, and all day on weekends unless I have family events.
If you were to be accepted, what goals would you have as a staff member?: My main goal for the server if I became staff is to bring a more active, experienced, and helpful member to the staff team so there will be less mining that could ruin a players first time on our server, or roleplaying experience.
How well are you able to communicate and work with others?: I am able to communicate and work with others very easily even when things are not going my way, which can be good in resolving cases in sits.
If you have a co-worker you don't like, what approach would you take to resolve the situation?: I would confront them in a friendly way to try to resolve our issues. If the problems between my co-worker persisted, I would tell a higher ranking staff member to help us resolve what's going on.
How would you deal with an abusing staff member?: I would immediately get proof (screenshot/recording) and tell Larry or anyone higher ranking than the staff member. After that I would probably post the screenshots to the report staff thread to notify the rest of the community.

What are some negative things you have seen on the server that you think should be changed?: I Think we should maybe add some new jobs to the server, which i'm willing to help with if needed.
What are some negative things you have seen about the staff team that you think should be changed?: Most of the time at around 10PM plus, it seems the staff members become inactive, while there will still be around 30+ players on the server.
How has your overall experience on the server been?: My overall experience has gone outstanding. Most of the staff members have been very helpful and persistent in helping me with whatever I needed help with, while also being successful at it. I also very much enjoy the whole community as well. On my time on the server I have made some friends that I met on the server and had very fun nights where I would stay up and play with them.

- If so, please list communities, ranks, duration, and reasons for leaving: I was staff on two different servers before. The servers I was staff on was Presidential RP and ArkahmRP. Presidential is still running, but ArkahmRP has long been shut down. I was SeniorMod on both servers. I dont know the exact duration of the duration of me being staff, but if I had to guess I would say about half a year on Arkahm and 2 months on Presidential. I resigned from PresidentialRP because the staff team was really toxic, and on top of that the owner and management team basically abandoned the server and weren't adding anything new to the server. I resigned from Arkahm as well because I had personal issues going on dealing with my mom that have been taken care of now.
- Please explain to us how you would handle a sit for RDM [100-word minimum]: I would bring the accuser, and ask him his side of the story before I brought the culprit to understand his side of the story first. After hearing what they say I would check logs to see if their story checks out, and I would bring the RDM'er. If the sit ended up turning to a he said/she said situation I would ask for proof. If the RDM'er is guilty I would check the player playtime. If the culprit had a low playtime I would verbally warn the player, rather than warning them. If the player had a high playtime i would warn the player for the reason of RDM.
